About Me

I have practiced Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture and Cranio-sacral therapy for 18 years in the United States and my home country of Bermuda. My focus, and 98% of my practice has been woman’s health issues including, but not limited to, menstrual irregularities and pain, fertility and menopause.

All this is good work and I welcome these clients. It also my soul’s desire to serve the deeper calling for wellness and well-being. This “new” journey, which has always been my true unconscious journey, has now become conscious, with an embodiment that I feel and practice within me and through my professional offering.

This new offering of STILLFIELD is the organic evolution of what my first health clinic, Wise Body Wellness, began. The deep and profound changes that many of my clients experienced over the years of my practice was an invitation for me to look deeper, beneath what I was doing physically with, and for them, to feel and embrace what was becoming, or being birthed within them. And it was also a personal invitation to my own deep healing journey in my life for which I am eternally grateful.

My Purpose

I have learned that is not so much what we do in life, but it is what we are being in the world, both within our inner world, which is mysterious and uncharted, and our outer world that we know and navigate. My purpose here is to offer a safe healing presence for those who feel called to explore their depth, even as we address the physical, mental and emotional symptoms of their dis-harmony directing us on the path to well being.
